Carswell advises regarding tax forms and instructs Subject OP 95040 regarding the completion of his 1955 Tax Return, noting a 60 day extention to file and the receipt of the form from Caldwell Electric Company. Handwritten at the bottom of the page is a postscript from Subject OP 95040 to Carswell requesting that Carswell "go ahead with" the other tax returns as well. The reverse side includes a handwritten letter to Mr. Carswell--Mr. T. N. Carswell, City [Abilene, Texas] from parolee, City [Abilene, Texas] dated May 28, 1956. Subject expresses his appreciation to Carswell for his help with the tax returns advising of forms that he has completed with instructions regarding the receipt of any refund.
