McKenzie asks Northcut to encourage others to send telegrams. The reverse side includes answer written by TNC [T. N. Carswell] dated June 27, 1949; "To require L. B. [Liquor Board] to face license in court with evidence before cancellation of license. Seems but fair - hence ranks encouraged Tippen to favor."
