The meeting discussed the topics of the development status of Hamilton Park as well as the end of the terms for the board of directors. Unanimous reelections were made during the meeting in order to replace the five previous directors from the last three years.

The new officers for 1956 were elected, and the meeting was called by the president of the association, Jerome Crossman. Other topics that were addressed at the meeting were the resolved matter of the Hamilton Park loans and that president Crossman would be the one to finance and contract the loans on behalf of the association.
