Letter from I. H. Kempner to L. R. Johnson accepting Johnson's invitation to attend the Cowboy Club Convention that would be held in Corpus Christi, Texas the following October. Kempner also expresses concerns with asking the Klebergs to host a barbeque at their ranch when he hardly knows the family, and he expresses hopes that, should Johnson make Dick Kleberg aware of Kempner's participation in the Cowboy Club Convention, Kleberg may decide to host a barbeque at the request of Johnson instead of Kempner.
