Fulwiler, Bill's father, for his friendship and leadership in the building of Abilene during the years Carswell served [at the Abilene Chamber of Commerce]. He commends Bill on the exemplary way that he and Harry have carried on the multiple interests of W. J.

Carswell expresses his appreciation for "the splendid way" that Don has handled the substantial interests entrusted to his care noting his Dad [H. O.
