The memo is in regards to a new grant section of the October 6, 1992 Chronicle of Philanthropy for the Meadows Foundation (Dallas) who gave $12,500 to Northwood Institute of Dallas "for creativity and arts in the classroom." Rosenberg ends the memo with "Do you know what this is?" Attached is a copy of the New Grants page where "Creativity and Arts" has been circled under Meadows Foundation.
