A letter addressed to the Board of Paroles, Raleigh, North Carolina, from T. N. Carswell, Chairman, Taylor County Voluntary Parole Board, dated May 23, 1957. Carswell explains his interest in Subject 60841-2, a prospective parolee, as resulting from a conversation with Subject's mother and information from other sources regarding the family.
