The postcard is sent with a four cent of prepaid US postage, with the sender's name and address. The postcard includes Manuel V. Lopez's reply to John J. Herrera. Lopez indicated that he will attend the meeting.

Whitt quotes prices and quantities and also refers Herrera to some some Houston firms that could produce windshield stickers as Whitt Printing does not print them.
