Barricades defining an experimental traffic pattern at the Classen Circle will remain down at least through the Tuesday morning rush period. James H. Robinson, city traffic control director, said Monday that the barricades, used to restrict drivers' use of the traffic circle during rush periods, were eleiminated during both Monday rush times because of the snowy weather. He said the rush period restricitions may be re-instated for Tuesday afternoon if street conditions have improved. The use of the barricades to halt left-turn movements around the circle during a 30-day trial period was authorized by the city traffic commission in an effort to curb accidents at the circle."
