Details of reorganization of Texas City LULAC Council on November 19, 1950. Herrera reports that a new council was organized and installed in Palacios, Texas, on the same date, November 19, 1950. It lists the new officers of the Palacios Council and credits Fred Garcia for contacting prospective members and organizing the new council in only one week's time.
