Gollagher advises Page that four hundred inmates are already registered, 50 are not registered, and he has received no word of a local board appointment. A handwritten note by L. M. F. [Major L. M. Fellbaum] at the bottom left of the telegram advises of having called Col. Perkins [Colonel John Perkins].
