Ponds-Construction Method

Photograph of a spring which will help to supply water for newly constructed concrete dam. Spring has a long history and has never been known to run dry. Area where stick is pointing is reported to have been carved out by settlers in the late 1800's to form a trough to water horses.

Crop Damage from floodwater

Photograph of two man and a boy inspecting wheat damage after a flood. Caption on back of the photo is mostly illegible but states that damage to crops is estimated at 40 bushels per acre. Flood waters were over 6 feed deep at this location.
