The front of the pamphlet has the letter "G" that is colored green as well as the columns of the list of names, addresses, phone numbers, majors and classifications, and hometowns. The names are listed in blue with many empty pages of columns along with a page of the Green Jacket's orientation manual.

Funeral program for Sister Donnie Ulele Carter, born February 8, 1896 and died January 18, 1972. The funeral was held January 21, 1972 at Mount Zion First Baptist Church, officiated by Rev. C. William Black, Jr. The funeral arrangements were made through Carter-Taylor Mortuary and she was buried in Eastview Cemetery in San Antonio, Texas.
