Numerous buildings, including the First National Bank, are placed along the streets, below which are sidewalks lined up with crowds of people. Part of the crowd has spilled into the street, forming an arched barrier of people, watching a procession or dance on the right half of the picture. A similar procession occurs at left, with numerous children standing in a grid. Horses with carriages are parked in front of the First National Bank.
