In a response letter from Rosenberg to Davis, Rosenberg informs that per the Center's grant offer letter, grant payments are made in installments and due to the TCA documentation supplements that Davis sent in his January 2, 1990 letter, Rosenburg is sending an additional sum to Davis within four weeks. In regards to having read over the proposal CCISD wants to make to the Texas Commission of the Arts and have sent back letters of support to help weigh the scales in CCISD's favor. However, in CCISD's proposals they use "Getty Center for the Visual Arts" as part of the description in partnership which is not accurate as the partnership is between NTIEVA and CCISD. They much correct their mistake as NTIEVA does not wish to get into hot water with the Getty over similar mistakes.
