Letter from Judge Thomas H. Routt sent out to his previous supporters (this one address to attorney Angel Fraga) informing them of his campaign deficit and requesting each recipient donates $100. The letter is typed on paper headed by a logo reading: "Keep Judge Routt: A good judge...of character." John J. Herrera is listed as part of the Campaign Steering Committee. A handwritten note in the bottom-right corner reads: "Glad to help judge. Congrats on the promotion up! Judge Angel Fraga."
