Klopfenstein advises that in view of the information furnished to them in the letter from Ross that Subject 95040 has been recommended for parole violation. He advises that they may close their file but requests advisement if knowledge is secured of the "whereabouts" of the parolee.

Sayles discusses different portions of land his father conveyed under power of attorney by his mother, though this was disallowed by the Supreme Court. Sayles requests certified deeds of the lands his father conveyed.
