Patent for a car for pneumatic railways meant to "provide a car especially adapted for the [air-]tube, the same being constructed with track-wheels in the central line of the cars" (lines 12-15). It is also "a double car divided lengthwise centrally by a partition-wall, through which communication may be had between a car-section - that is, between the double car within the same - and to provide each end portion of this double car with a door" (lines 17-22). Canopy for Folding Beds.
Patent for a new and improved canopy for folding beds. This design "will automatically fold up within the bed when the same is closed, and will similarly open out with the opening of the bed without any other attention than the proper arrangement of the folds of the mosquito or fly netting" (lines 21-25). It consists in "an automatically raising and lowering canopy consisting of a raising-frame having vertical bars pivoted to the bed at the bottom and a horizontal connecting-bar at the top, a canopy-top frame pivoted to the bed-casing, having side bars and a horizontal connecting-bar, and couplings" (lines 13-19).

Patent for a new and improved blind-stop. This design is "to provide a cheap and simple device designed to be secured to a window-casing and be interposed between any two adjacent pivoted slats, and thus support the same and the series in an open position and against accidental closing by their own weight or by the wind" (lines 9-16). It consists in the "holder for slats of blinds, consisting of a spring-metal strip bent at its center to form an eye and opposite terminals, the latter being adapted to be interposed between two adjacent slats, and the ends of the terminals oppositely bent" (lines 72-77).
