Reynolds writes that NTIEVA is delighted that they will be working with Shephard again this summer, and that they're sending a team composed of Pam Stephens and Kay Wilson to work with Shephard. Enclosed in the letter are details about compensation and seminar fees for the team of two.

The letter was forwarded from Kathy Talley-Jones to Nancy Walkup Reynolds, Project Coordinator of North Texas Institute for Educators on the Visual Arts. Jones hopes that Reynolds can clear up the misunderstanding Andrews is addressing in her e-mail. Andrews suggests that the key note speaker of the TAEA conference, Texas Arts Education Association, wants to dismantle the arts education in the Austin Independent School District and would like the Getty Center to clarify these intentions.

Rosenberg agreed only if other directors were interested in a private meeting as well, McCarter requests that his colleagues get back to him about such.

Reminding them of the meeting at the Multicultural Seminar at the Dallas Museum of Art February 29th, and asks of them to bring their school's work in the NTIEVA Educational Exhibit. If the specialists are unable to make it that day to call the NTIEVA office to make arrangements for them to acquire their work. In regards to Broadus's visitation to Greenwood's classroom. Broadus writes that she enjoyed working with Greenwood's students and seeing how they participate in their art lessons, however, Broadus would like to condense the time span by rearranging the workflow. Broadus says that she will visit the school again and bring materials that Greenwood could use in the classroom.

HEB ISD will plan and implement a full two week summer insistent and four extended institute / renewals during the 1995 - 1996 school year. Attached to the letter are stipend worksheets based on the current income of the faculty involved in the institute.

In the memo, Davis attached the grant proposal and thanks them for their assistance. In his handwritten note, "P.S. I thought you'd be interested in the untouched letter for Richard Colwell which I received today." Included with the memo is the letter from Richard Colwell, Professor of Music at West California. The letter mentions that the National Center for Research in Arts Education is over and has some ideas for a cooperative plan and would like Davis to share with him their proposal to look over the institution and incorporate similar ideas.
