Brashears advises of his support for the plan to protect the present law which permits druggists to dispense liquor by prescriptions under the medicinal permit law. He compels druggists to contribute $100 to the fund and recommends Mr. Max Boyer believing that much good will be accomplished through his endeavors and the other connections he has in Austin.
