Due to his last course being taken 11 years prior none will count towards his doctoral degree. Davis and McCarter write that it would take 60 semester hours at a minimum to complete the degree. The memo is in regards to the the current IVAE consultants to help identify thirty new consultants for the IVAE project. The nominations need to be experienced district personnel, teachers, art specialists, art supervisors, assistant superintendents, etc. Each person is allowed to nominate three educators and include a brief paragraph supporting teach nomination.

In regards to how much Broadus enjoyed visiting Patterson's classroom and how Patterson is a wonderful teacher to her students. Broadus would like to share some of the things Patterson is doing with other teachers in the Institute, especially some of the hall displays Patterson had. Enclosed in the letter Broadus has provided details about a Token Response Game that Patterson needs to collect for a future event.
