Promissory note from W. H. Bonnell to Charles Schreiner Bank in the amount of $3,350 in "United States Gold Coin" with a nine percent interest rate until the note was paid off; on top of this there would be a ten percent fee "additional on principal and interest if placed in the hands of an Attorney for collection." There is a pink stamp printed on the center of the note acknowledging the fact that the note had been paid off on July 17, 1922.

[Handwritten Title Transfer from James Sellers to C. C. Paine, March 7, 1900]

Document stating James Sellers of Centre Point in Kerr County has applied to lease land for $19.20; the table on the front outlines the section of land, and the company that James Sellers leased the land from. There is a handwritten statement on the back of the document that shows Sellers releasing his rights to the lease to C. C. Paine for $135; the second statement shows Paine releasing his rights to the lease to George L. Leigh for $135 as well. Also included is a small strip of paper with a statement that reads: "When remitting future payments, to guard against errors and insure prompt returns, please give the NAME of lessee and the application NUMBER."
