Letter from the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to Mario Marcel Salas, president of the Black Coalition on Mass Media (BCMM). Only one page of their correspondence has been provided, however. From what remains available, it appears that the FCC was trying to distance itself from a disagreement that occurred between the BCMM and KAPE radio, in which the latter accused BCMM of "personal attacks."

Funeral program for Sister Viola Royal Edmerson, died October 13, 1979. The funeral was held October 16, 1979 at Mount Zion First Baptist Church, officiated by Rev. C. W. Black, Jr. Funeral arrangements were made through Carter-Taylor-Williams Mortuary and she was buried in Eastview Cemetery in San Antonio, Texas.
