Letter from John Todd Willis, Jr. to his parents Clara and John T. Willis, Sr. on October 16, 1944, detailing his trip to Rome. He mentions seeing sights such as the Pantheon of Agrippa, the tomb of the unknown soldier, the Colosseum, the Basilica of St. Paul's, the Catacombs, and St. Peter's. He mentions that he didn't get to see the Pope because he goes to St. Peter's in the morning and Willis visited in the afternoon. He goes on to ask after a friend who quit A&M to transfer to Baylor University, and mentions getting a stove in his tent and a shot to keep him well.

Letter from John Todd Willis, Jr. to his parents Clara and John T. Willis, Sr. on November 16, 1944. He took some of his friends to the club, and then went to someone's house and had sandwiches. His unit had to turn in some tents recently, including his, so now he's living in a different tent, but he likes the soldiers there.

Letter from John Todd Willis, Jr. to his parents Clara and John T. Willis, Sr. on April 16, 1944. He went to visit Wilbur Crawford and brought him newspapers from Waco, and he and his friend Harmon Gilbreath ordered swim suits from the service so they can go swimming soon, since it's warming up.

Letter written to Belford Lumber Co. in Georgetown, Texas from William Cameron & Co. in Waco, Texas, which says "We wish to call your attention to car #62918, which is now due, and will ask that you kindly let us have exchange to cover."
