Letter from Albert Thomas, Chairman, Independent Offices Appropriations Committee to John J. Herrera, acknowledging Herrera's invitation to visit the new home of LULAC at 3004 Bagby, Houston, Texas. Regarding Herrera's request of a memento of the Liberty ships, Thomas says he will refer it to the Maritime Administration, and Thomas will let Herrera know their response.
