This field yielded approximately 200 pounds dry seed per acre for 55 acres. 2 tons of agricultural limestone [= calcium carbonate] and 160 pounds of 0-20-0 fertilizer per acre were applied in 1951. Crouch used this machine on his 125 acre sudan [sic] field in May and June of 1955."
