Promissory note from W. H. Bonnell to Charles Schreiner Bank in the amount of $3,350 in "United States Gold Coin" with a nine percent interest rate until the note was paid off; on top of this there would be a ten percent fee "additional on principal and interest if placed in the hands of an Attorney for collection." There is a pink stamp printed on the center of the note acknowledging the fact that the note had been paid off on July 17, 1922.

Interview with Aime Frank Real, a rancher and the great-grandson of one of the original Kerr County settlers, from Kerrville, Texas. Mr. Real discusses his family history, his family's ranching work, his personal experience with sheep ranching, organized hunting in Kerr County, and local ranchers' attempts to remedy problems with screwworms and eagles. He briefly mentions Kerrville's German Club.

Interview with Irene and Bill Womack, a couple from two well-known Kerr County families, from Kerrville, Texas. The couple discusses their ancestors, the Reals and the Womacks. They also talk about the local people and places they remember growing up in Kerrville. The interview transcript includes photos of Mr. and Mrs. Womack and their family, on pages 31-36.

Interview with Itasco Sampson Wilson, teacher and pianist from Kerrville, Texas. Mrs. Wilson talks about coming to Kerrville to teach at the "Kerrville Colored School," life for African-Americans in the area, the African-American community, and her personal life.

Interview with Joe Marcus "J.M." Auld, Jr., a Texan rancher from Kerrville, Texas. Mr. Auld identifies his family members (including Kerr County pioneers who immigrated from Scotland), describes the difficulties of ranch life, and mentions local cultural phenomena. The interview includes stories of "Indians," eradicating the screwworm fly from Kerr County, and life during the Great Depression. He also discusses the role of game hunting to today's ranchers.

Document stating James Sellers of Centre Point in Kerr County has applied to lease land for $19.20; the table on the front outlines the section of land, and the company that James Sellers leased the land from. There is a handwritten statement on the back of the document that shows Sellers releasing his rights to the lease to C. C. Paine for $135; the second statement shows Paine releasing his rights to the lease to George L. Leigh for $135 as well. Also included is a small strip of paper with a statement that reads: "When remitting future payments, to guard against errors and insure prompt returns, please give the NAME of lessee and the application NUMBER."
