Goodrich is doing the work for $1.5 million, 135,000 square foot buildings, which will be able to handle about 1,000 cars. Sims, his brother, is superintendent of the N May job. Arlan's is a complete line department store, including food stores. Its decision to locate here was announced some months ago."

Architect for the project is Turnbull & Mills, Inc., and the general contractor is Manhatten Construction Co. Slated for a later date is West Central Tower, which will add additional patient bedsm and cost another $10 million."
