Some of the comments read as written, "I enjoyed the workshop and learned a lot." "Those of us who teach the younger students found the drawing studies to be of little relevance to the level of production appreciated [by] our students." Other comments continue with the enthusiasm of the quality of materials and the presentations, as well as offer suggestions or provide concerns about the related subject.

The grant allowed them to produce 500 copies of the portfolio, which were given at no cost to the schools in the consortium for educational purposes, however, because of the popularity of the portfolio and the limited number of the original publication they have been contacted by vendors who have interest in producing the portfolio commercially. Davis and McCarter write about what a great opportunity this could mean when it comes to resources for the continued work of the Institute, yet one issues is that the Museum has to give them written consent to reproduce the images and content.
