Pouring Concrete

Caption says, "A-13 Altus Project. Pouring concrete casing around Altus city water main under warehouse building site. In order to preserve permanently the water main, which is of wooden construction, concrete is poured around it forming a permanent concrete casing. The main travels in a southeasterly direction under the east section of the warehouse. Mr. Byrnes is supervising the pouring. A. W. P. A. vibrator was used when this photograph was taken."
