D. is a friend of Jack Ruby. Coleman has been friends, both socially and professionally, with Jack Ruby since 1956. He described Ruby as "flamboyant and excitable with no stable emotions."

Criminal intelligence report addressed to Captain W. P. Gannaway of the Special Service Bureau in Dallas, Texas. The report, which was submitted by detective H. M. Hart, states that Lee Harvey Oswald may have used Jack Ruby's automobile. The automobile was parked at Gibb's Garage. The owner of the garage, Barney L. Gibbs, and the manager of the garage, Leon E. Woods, Jr., denied that Jack Ruby ever parked his car there.

Criticality-Accident Dosimetry Studies
Experiments were carried out to (1) explore possibilities for developing a less expensive device than the Hurst threshold detector unit (TDU) for monitoring possible accidental critical reactions in uranium-processing facilities, (2) to study the precision and accuracy of the TDU, and (3) to evaluate the ORNL film badge in mixed neutron-gama radiation fields.
