Dr. Leake shifts the focus to the Medical School and says that improving faculty and staff accommodations is key to keeping the school in Galveston.

Telegram sent by Karl L. Lovelady to I. H. Kempner saying that Senator Stone and Lovelady agree that Kempner's committee should contact every doctor living in the districts of members on the constitutional committee. Lovelady asks if Kempner wants him to come to Galveston.

Letter from William M. Nathan to Hyman J. Ettlinger requesting that he form a meeting of a committee in El Paso to raise funds for the Hillel building while he is in town. He apologizes for the delayed response and blames his past travels to Tennessee, Mississippi, and Arkansas.

Letter from Rabbi Newton J. Friedman to Eugene Solow explaining that he wrote to Dr. A. L. Sachar to discuss the meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Hillel Building Fund and speak about the idea of hiring a worker from the National Hillel Foundation to help sort their campaign out.

Letter from William M. Nathan to I. H. Kempner explaining that he had been dealing with an intricate personal matter and had not had time to reply to his past two letters. He explains that he would like to have to have a meeting soon to reignite productivity in some smaller towns. He also mentions that the United Jewish Drive is distracting from their fundraising especially because they did not get a brochure out in time. Last, he tells Kempner about his plans to continue solicitation for the Hillel Fund.

Letter from Rabbi Newton J. Friedman to I. H. Kempner requesting to convene a meeting in Austin on May 30th to survey the work done for the B'nai B'rith Hillel Building Fund. He also mentions a proposed quota for funds raised in San Antionio and offers to make reservations for Kempner at the Hotel Austin for the meeting if he desires.

Letter from Alex Bradford to Frank Dobbs wishing him a Merry Christmas and a happy New Year. Bradford sends good wishes and says he will write again when he has more time.

Letter from Alex Bradford to Olin Culberson discussing the current Middle Eastern oil companies that control oil production and refinement within the region. After briefly covering these companies, Mr. Bradford comments on the variety of fires present throughout the region and the tools used to fight said fires. Finally, Mr. Bradford asks for the mailing address for Jack Ashenfelder.

Letter from Costas Alexiou to Alex Bradford commending previous letters that Mr. Bradford had sent earlier that month. Additionally Mr. Alexious requests the permission to publish said letters within Greek newspapers and elsewhere. Finally, a post script has been added that mentions that the Greek Unity Committee agrees with the decisions made at the Yalta Conference.
