Additionally Mr. Alexious requests the permission to publish said letters within Greek newspapers and elsewhere. Finally, a post script has been added that mentions that the Greek Unity Committee agrees with the decisions made at the Yalta Conference.

Letter from the Galveston County Chapter of the American Red Cross to I. H. Kempner requesting donations. They inform him that they are not doing the Advance Gifts Drive so that they can conserve manpower and will be collecting firms' donations at the same time as they collect employee donations.

A letter written to T. N. Carswell, Abilene, Texas, from F. F. Andrews, Post Commander, Havens-Cannon Post 24, West Grade School, Principal, Anadarko, Oklahoma, dated February 15, 1941. Andrews advises of his interest in the Abilene Ministerial Alliance due to two companies out of Anadarko being in the Abilene area. He advises of the enclosed rosters for the two companies explaining that the town and the men's officers are interested in the welfare of the men. Andrews advises of several Indians belonging to the company and suggests, for unusual entertainment, that they be asked to perform some dances in their costumes. He gives assurance they are not looking for special attention for these men acknowledging their understanding that there are 19,000 men that need the attention of the Abilene community. The attached rosters are of Company "F" 120th Quartermaster Regiment and of Battery "B" 158th F.A.; a penciled "a" is by the names of men who are from Anadarko . The reverse side of the roster includes handwritten names and notations. An attached roster provides a listing of names of officers from Anadarko and a postscript by Andrews stating, "These men are worthy of any trust that you may ask …

Letter from Dr. Bodansky to the Emulsol Corporation informing them of the progress reports and observations that has been made on experiments with their emargol product and on monostearine sodium sulfoacetate.

Letter from Capt. H. H. Boggess to Major McPhail, in Wheeling, West Virginia, informing him of Corporal Calvin Hull's furlough to Cincinnati, Ohio. The document details that Hull was part of the "F" company, 1st regiment, and was part of the N. Y. Veterans Cavalry. The corporal's furlough to Cincinnati would last 15 days and the cost of his transportation from Portland to Cincinnati was $3.09, an amount which would be docked from his pay upon his return. The letter also states that Corporal Hull would return for duty to Camp Piatt in West Virginia.

Letter from Julien M. Bossieux to I. H. Kempner discussing a clipping of the Washington & Lee Fancy Dress Ball, and him doctor giving him a clean bill of health. He also asks if Mr. Kempner has plans of visiting Virginia next summer, and if he does, encourages him to join Mr. Bossieux in Lexington.

Letter from H. M. Bouldin to George W. and Bettie Wade discussing recent news. He says that he wishes he could see them, but he doesn't know when that will be possible. There is a note written at the top of the first page in pencil that says "to George W. Wade of Bastrop."

Telegram sent to Truett Latimer from Dr. Bowen and Roy Jackson regarding their opposition to the construction of hotels in Texas state parks.

Letter from Alex Bradford to Lawrence E. Gruza on congratulating him on his promotion and receiving his letter from December. He also asks if Lawrence can pass a message on to Frank Dobbs.
