In order to preserve permanently the water main, which is of wooden construction, concrete is poured around it forming a permanent concrete casing. The main travels in a southeasterly direction under the east section of the warehouse. Mr. Byrnes is supervising the pouring. A. W. P. A. vibrator was used when this photograph was taken."
