No, but motorists thought so Friday as they drove by and saw a man on the new 10-story National Foundation Life Bldg., at 3535 NW 58. The man in the picture isn't a paintwer - he's a window washer. White paint covered the entire exterior of the new building after painters sprayed the concrete pillars seperation the windows. The lone window washer needed thousand of buckets of water as he followed painters around the building Saturday and some of the white paint was still there. So was the window washer."
