Carswell advises Garrett that Leon Kendrick, 18, is desirous of entering the Merchant Marines. Carswell requests that Garrett send information to Kendrick regarding a school and the conditions of appointment.

The Receiver will accept premiums payments and these will be placed in a separate account per court order to protect the policyholders from any losses.
