Fish were delivered by Buster Cotheran, State Fish and Game Commission. The lake will cover approximately 30 surface acres when full.

Atchison owns 200 acres and leases 100 acres. He is changing his farm system from row crops to grass with cattle. Land is head of Rush Creek drainage area.
