Report to Chief J. E. Curry by W. R. Westbrook, regarding two Traffic Officers who were on the visiting list of Jack Ruby. Westbrook states that Officer T. M. Hanson and Officer W. E. Barnett were questioned as to why their names were on the list, and they expressed surprise. The Officers stated they were well acquainted with Ruby, but not more so than other businessmen around the area.

Report to Chief J. E. Curry by W. R. Westbrook concerning the prior arrest of Jack Ruby on July 26, 1953. Westbrook states that Ruby was arrested for carrying concealed weapons.

Criminal intelligence report regarding Declan Ford. Ford stated that Lee Harvey Oswald and his wife came to a small party in his home. Oswald was withdrawn and difficult to talk to. Oswald's wife, Marina, stayed at his home while they were having domestic problems.
