McCarter writes that from the point of view of NTIEVA, there has been new energy and focus from Woolery's good words from their panel, TASA/TASB. It gave NTIEVA them insight into the leadership Woolery is providing. McCarter also writes that they appreciate Dr. Skinner and Bill Cormack, who have proven themselves as able spokespersons for the distract during their recent meeting at the Dallas Museum between DMA Education Committee and members of the Board of the Marcus Foundation. McCarter ends the letter by stating that NTIEVA is in the early stages of planning for activities during the summer of 1995 and that the involvement of the Dallas teachers makes them look forward to another successful Institute.
