Photograph of the steel beam framing for a circular structure. The shape of the building suggests it is the Erwin Center. The edge of the steel beam wall in the foreground can be seen curving around to the right in the background. The dirt in the center of the structure is dug out, and a crane can be seen to the right in the background.
