Worth Visitors Guide, and the Fort Worth Cultural District Visitors Guide.

Davis and McCarter are especially appreciative of the support Sonnenberg has extended to NTIEVA and its efforts. Davis and McCarter are proud of the strides the program has affected the district in the three short years, yet are fearful about the impending budget crisis the district faces and the districts reasoning to reduce the number of art specialists because of such. Davis and McCarter hope no such thing should occur and that eliminating or reducing the number of art specialists will affect the quality of the program which has been developed along with hampering any further relationship with DISD.

An article written by Thomas Dodson, staff writer for the North Texas Daily, titled "High honors School of Visual Arts named among top schools in North America." North Texas' School of Visual Arts was recognized as one of the top art education graduate programs in North America. The study was conduced by Stanford University and Florida State University, who studied the critiqued graduate level art education in the United States, out of 124 universities, NT was ranked at 13. Dr. Jack Davis, dean of the school of visual arts said that this exposes them nationally in the field of art.

Photocopy of a letter from Leilani Lattin Duke, director of the Getty Center, to Harriet Laney, in response to Laney's request for the Center to send the Texas PTO Presidents complimentary copies of the PTA kid. Duke responds that she wants to think about this request as they are only given a specific amount of copies, so as to not undercut the National PTA who sells copies of the kit. The letter discusses key details about the upcoming Getty Education Institute's 1997 national conference, "Educating for the Workplace, through the Arts," from January 9, through January 11, 1997. Duke includes in the letter that the Getty Education Institute has made special arrangements for the guests involvement, offering tours and complimentary meals. Attached to the letter are details of the conference's agenda for January 11th. A letter to Jack Davis is present, inviting him personally to be involved in the Getty Education conference as they wish to discuss implementing education reform policies as well as establishing the arts as a positive force in educational change.

The memo is in regards to an attachment of the American Association of Museum's (AAM's) annual meeting. The theme of the meeting is "Partnerships: Museums and Communities," and Rosenberg believed it was of interested to Davis and William for their consortium of museums.
