Chief Albert M. Cole believes that the new addition was a great idea to fix the housing shortage for minorities due to his concern toward the problem. Mr. Cole and his administrative assistant, Neal Hardy, and other assistant and advisors plan to leave for Memphis, Tennessee to discuss the matter more thoroughly with others.
