A letter written to Mr. T. N. Carswell, Clerk, Taylor County Local Board No. 1, Abilene, Texas from L. M. Fellbaum, Captain, Q.M.C., Policy Supervisor, Austin, Texas dated December 11, 1942. Fellbaum references a letter from Carswell dated December 8 and addressed to Colonel John R. Banister. He outlines an itinerary for Carswell for the dates of December 16, 1942 through the 28th of December. He instructs Carswell to accompany Mr. Jewel R. Stephens into the counties of District 18-A.
