[Release of Vendor's Lien from Allie H. Bonnell to E. B. Davis]

Release of vendor's lien from Allie H. Bonnell to E. B. Davis from which the original lien conveyed to him real estate in Kerr County in the "L. A. Wyatt addition to the town of Center Point, Kerr County, Texas, and known as lots Nos. 9 and 11." The original vendor's lien was to secure the payment of $3,500 and E. B. Davis executed three promissory notes to be paid on January 1st of 1932, 1933, 1934; the end of the document states that he has fulfilled and paid the notes and Bonnell acknowledges that the her hold on the land and lien has extinguished.

[Report concerning interviews with Police personnel by David Hughes]

Report to Chief J. E. Curry by Jack Revill concerning interviews with Police personnel by David Hughes of the Dallas Times Herald on November 24, 1963. Revill states that Hughes was not working when he saw the shooting of Lee Harvey Oswald on television and he immediately reported to work at the Times Herald City Desk for assignment. He was instructed to interview police officers and others who were present at the shooting. Hughes stated that he interviewed Sergeant P. T. Dean, who said that Jack Ruby had come from the Main Street entrance ramp, although he did not see him. Hughes also interviewed Patrolman R. E. Vaughn who stated that Ruby apparently gained access to the City Hall basement through the ramp, although he did not see him pass by his assignment.

Report on Officer's duties by W. E. Potts in regards to the President's murder. Potts states that he was off-duty on November 22, 1963, but reported for duty when he learned of the President's death. After arriving to the office he assisted in taking affidavits and later went to 1026 North Beckley to search Oswald's room. A map of the city of Dallas with several locations marked on it was recovered, along with binoculars and other property. Potts states that he answered phone calls on November 23, and went to the residence of Ronald Fischer on November 25.
