Oklahoma City was mopping up Monday after feeling the brunt of a firce spring storm that swept across the state. The storm caused flooding in some parts of the city Sunday night and resulted in heavy wind damage. Oklahoma City was not alone in sustaining damage. Four tornadoes, including a destructive one near Tahlequah, hit other sections of the state. But it was in the heavily-populated Oklahoma City area that the effects were most noticeable. Swollen by 2.46 inches of rain and hail, low places filled quickly, flooding numerous houses in the northwest portion of the city."
