Photograph used for a story in the Daily Oklahoman newspaper. Caption: "Once every four years Oklahoma is treated to that parculiarly democratic spectacle known as "the inaugration." It is, in truth, an impressive ceremony marking a change in governmental administration. For better or for worse, a new governor, various new elective officials and the legislature take over the reins for the quadrennium. The state last week saw again this infrequent show when Johnston Murray too the oath of office and became Oklahoma's fourteenth governor. Here, with the impressive south facade of the capitol as a backdrop, he delivers his inaugural address while many state dignitaries listen attentively."
