Photograph was taken in the day time. Caption: "Little remains of the landmark Tully Building in Eufaula, destroyed in an early morning blaze Thursday. A hotel, the police department, mayor's office, Chamber of Commerce, supermarket and TV repair service all were lost. Hugh Marshall, 55, of Canadian, was charged with arson in the $500,000 fire."
