Flight report completed by Suzette van Daell on October 9, 1944. Van Daell completed an inspection of her plane, reporting that the vehicle is performing up to standards and a total number of 1005 hours of flight time. The back of the document includes handwritten notes between Suzette and an unknown contributor, discussing plans for the upcoming night involving a movie, drinking, and clubbing.
