However, it appears that Mr. Ray did not receive a specific enough complaint, and explains the course of action that needs to occur before the FCC gets involved.

Funeral program for Brother Willie F. Cantu, died November 7, 1979. The funeral was held November 9, 1979 at Mount Zion First Baptist Church, officiated by Rev. Claude W. Black. The funeral arrangements were made through Collins Funeral Home and he was buried in Meadowlawn Cemetery in San Antonio, Texas.
