Preliminary hearing has been set for Feb. 13. Sanders was charged with the crime in Latimer Co. Thursday on a complaint from a 15-year-old bride of four days who charged Sanders assaulted her in a cabin at Robbers Cave State Park. Meanwhile, his wife has drawn a divorce suit filed six months ago."
